Jessica Arnatt of Vibe High is a Sound Practitioner with 12 years of experience facilitating immersive sound sessions using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. Her sessions are designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance through layered frequencies and sound resonance, promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.

A beautiful Holographic Transmission will be projected within the studio during the meditation to deepen your experience. Every cell in our body interacts and communicates through light.
